What is Motor Sales Academy?
Motor Sales Academy is an online training platform that helps new and aspiring vehicle salespeople build real-world dealership skills—fast. Learn modern sales, customer handling, valuations, finance, and delivery the South African way.
Who are these courses for?
Primarily for newcomers to the South African motor industry and junior salespeople who want to level up. Dealership managers can also use our modules for team onboarding and skills refreshers.
Where do I start?
Begin with Module 1: The Foundation. It sets your base—how dealerships operate, roles, expectations, and your daily success habits.

Pricing & Enrolment

How payments, modules and bundles work.

How is pricing structured?
You can buy modules individually or purchase the Full Program bundle. Buying one module at a time totals more (±R7,000), while the full program bundle is discounted (±R6,000). Check the current pricing on each course page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely with PayFast (South Africa). You can pay with major cards (Visa, Mastercard), Instant EFT and supported wallets through PayFast.
Do I need an account to enrol?
Yes. Creating an account lets you track progress, resume lessons, write quizzes, and access certificates.
Can I upgrade to the Full Program later?
Yes, you can purchase modules individually and later buy the Full Program. Pricing differences are not automatically credited unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Access & Account

All about logging in, devices, and availability.

How soon do I get access after payment?
Immediately. Once PayFast confirms your payment, your course access is unlocked in your My Account dashboard.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The site is optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Use headphones for video and a stable connection for uninterrupted lessons and quizzes.
Can I share my login?
No. Accounts are for a single learner. Sharing access may result in suspension without refund and invalidated certificates.

Courses & Structure

How the modules flow and what’s included.

How are the courses structured?
The program is split into three parts (7 modules each):
  • Part 1 — The Foundation (Modules 1–7): dealership basics, mindset, modern customer, sales process, trade-ins, finance & delivery.
  • Part 2 — The Professional (Modules 8–14): trust, objections, psychology, upselling, personal brand, monthly targets.
  • Part 3 — Sales Mastery (Modules 15–21): negotiation, role-play, CRM, F&I & compliance, retention, leadership, final assessment.
Do I need to finish modules in order?
Yes. Modules unlock in sequence. You must complete Module 1 before starting Module 2, and so on.
Is the content downloadable?
No. To protect intellectual property and keep content updated, lessons are viewed inside the Academy. PDFs or bulk downloads are not provided.

Exams & Certificates

Quizzes, results and your certificate.

How do quizzes work?
Most modules include short quizzes. You’ll see pass marks and attempts where applicable. Your progress saves automatically in your dashboard.
What if I fail an exam?
Typically, the first re-write is free (if stated on the course). Further re-writes require a paid re-write fee. Details are shown on the relevant course page before you book the re-write.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes—after passing the final assessment in Part 3. You’ll receive a digital certificate you can share with employers and on LinkedIn.
What is the 3-Vehicle Challenge?
After passing the final assessment, you’ll complete a supervised practical where you must sell three vehicles (with partner dealerships). It validates your real-world readiness.

What is your refund policy?
Once a course is opened or accessed, all sales are final. Limited exceptions apply (duplicate payment, verified fraud, or technical failure we can’t resolve). See the full policy here: Refund Policy.

How payments and invoices are handled.

How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by PayFast. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation and invoice via email once your payment is successful. You can also download invoices from My Account.

Troubleshooting & Support

Quick fixes for common issues.

I paid but can’t access my course.
First, log out and back in via My Account. If the issue persists, email admin@motorsalesacademy.co.za with your order number and screenshots. We’ll help ASAP.
Lessons won’t load / videos buffer.
Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge), disable VPN, and ensure a stable connection. Clear cache/cookies and retry. Contact us if the problem continues.
I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
