Motor Sales Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital learning materials, online assessments, and self-paced professional development courses. Because our content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once the course has been opened or accessed.

2) No Refunds After Access

By purchasing a course from Motor Sales Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All sales are final once access to the course materials has been granted.
  • If a user opens, views, or begins any module, lesson, or quiz, no refund will be issued.
  • This includes logging into the learning dashboard, viewing course content, or accessing downloadable materials.
Because course access is immediate and value is delivered upon enrollment, refunds cannot be provided after activation or first access — even if only partially viewed.

3) Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.
  • Unauthorized transaction: Verified fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method.
  • Technical failure: In rare cases where you paid but cannot access your course due to a verified technical issue on our system and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

4) How to Request a Refund (Exceptions Only)

  2. Our team will investigate the request and verify whether the issue qualifies for an exception.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed via your original PayFast payment method within 5–10 business days.

5) Learner Acknowledgment

Before completing your purchase, you will be required to confirm that you understand and agree that digital course access begins immediately after payment and that refunds are not available once the course is opened or accessed.
