This module covers first impressions, professional communication, social media visibility, behaviour under pressure, internal dealership culture, operational discipline, and the habits that turn a salesperson into the professional customers ask for by name.
Students will also learn how to handle difficult internal situations professionally, protect team culture, reflect honestly on the reputation attached to their name, and apply the powerful rule: Do what you said you would do.
By the end of this module, students will understand how to build a strong personal brand that customers trust, colleagues respect, and management can rely on.
